The Space

The outdoor and indoor areas can be configured to suit different occasions — from cocktail receptions on the upper terrace to long banquet dinners overlooking the city.
Behind the venue is one of the most capable professional kitchens in the region: 200m² of fully equipped preparation and cooking space, with four RATIONAL ovens, a Josper wood-fired grill, and a full outdoor kitchen station. This is a kitchen built to execute simultaneously at scale without compromise on quality.

The Menu, Tailored
Private events at Triana are not catered from a fixed banquet menu. Our chef works with each client to build a menu appropriate to the occasion, the season, the dietary requirements of the group, and the tone of the evening. A corporate dinner might call for something leaner and more focused. A wedding reception might call for abundance — mezze, whole-roasted mains, elaborate dessert presentations, a wedding cake from our pastry team.
Drinks pairings are equally bespoke. Our bar team can propose a cocktail welcome, a curated wine selection by the bottle, or a custom signature cocktail named for the occasion. Every detail is considered and confirmed in advance, so that on the night, nothing is left to chance.
